Welcome to the skills page. I have a number of further resources to recommend which I will put up each weekend. The most recent handouts are below in PDF, this is available free on a number of other sites if you don’t already have it. Download Acrobat.
As with the other courses, feel free to phone or e mail me with comments, feedback, articles, book reviews - anything you feel might be helpful. I also have my learning journal here - I am always reflecting on what I have learned and how I felt - its pretty nerve-racking standing up in front of a group of people and that’s reflected in the first few weeks of any course.
